Top floor, large STUDIO condo, in hills West of Hwy 280 & South of San Bruno Ave, carpeted, drapes, facing common area and without ANY other units facing into this one. NOT a courtyard unit facing other units. Each building in complex has three floors with laundry on floor two & three. The top floor provides the best location for most residents. Residents enter/exit by way of either interior stair wells or elevators. Kitchen appliances about 3 years old: (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, micro).
Neighborhood Description
Molly Stones market is ten minutes by car. That shopping center includes everything residents need such as:
state farm insurance, starbucks, dentist, drug store, baskin robbins ice cream, Italian resturant, and other retails. The GAP, Inc. Headquarters is right next to this shopping center. Other large employers in the area include Genentech and Airline personnel. The City of San Bruno falls within the County of San Mateo and San Mateo County is rated as among the best places to live in California.
 

What I love about the home

Great neighbors. Climate is in "banana belt" which usually is warmer than San Francisco to the North. Heated jacuzzi at night great for chatting with neighbors. Commute to either San Francisco or San Jose in reasonable time. Not in the SF Airport flight path last I knew. Parking stall only 5 minutes walk from car to unit door via elevator. Activities: lighted tennis courts, heated pools (one inside clubhouse). A very friendly atmosphere.
