Floral Terrace is a beautiful tree canopied walking court in Historic Old Louisville. During the Southern Exposition (1883-1887) the land was used as the floral gardens just off the main Exposition site and became Floral Terrace as homes started springing up from 2nd St. over to 6th St. This wonderful circa 1905 home offers a delightful Southern Front Porch to spend spring and summer enjoying the quiet evenings. The home has just undergone lots of renovations and shines like a new penny. The large entry foyer with sweeping staircase opens to the formal living room. The formal dining room offers a vintage chandelier and a large closet for storage.
