Home is within a mile of grade, middle, and high schools and the university. Fenced-in, landscaped yard backs up to a wide-open area. Granite countertops throughout with 2 baths having dual vanities and tile floors. Master bath has a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Convenient laundry room is off the kitchen. Main floor is newly painted. Water heater, furnace, and sump pump new in 2009. 

What I love about the home

This is a quiet neighborhood near 2 small parks and university tennis courts. Shopping is within 2 miles as is a large community park with swimming pools and a local country club golf course. The home is within 10 minutes to access I-88, 30 minutes to a train station to go into Chicago, 1 1/2 hours to drive to downtown Chicago, and 45 minutes to drive to Rockford. The living/family room has a cathedral ceiling, the dining room a double tray ceiling, the front bedroom has a slope ceiling, and the master bedroom has a tray ceiling. The finished basement has 9' ceilings.
