What I love about the home
From the Owner -- THE VINEYARD: 'The home includes a well established vineyard in the back of the house. These vines include Syrah, Petite Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc, which have been grown for nearly 30 years from initial cuttings from Wente and Concannon vineyards. From 2005 until present, over 10,000 pounds of grapes have been harvested from this vineyard with this present harvest (2013) yielding about 1,200 pounds. The land also includes a small fruit orchard, containing orange, lemon, grapefruit, plum, apricot, peach and fig trees.' I sent all my kids through local neighborhood schools all within walking distance. I love the fact that down on the corner the little shopping center has 7 restaurants and eateries. When you're too tired to cook. Take everyone for a short walk and enjoy quite evening dinning right down on the corner. This has been a good neighborhood to raise my family all things considered.
