Burbank Crossing is a peaceful, quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Location makes this an excellent option for those mat need to be near convenience. These homes are quality built by Kenny Hayes Custom Homes LLC. Kenny Hayes has an excellent reputation for building all sizes of homes end has incorporated mat experience directly into these houses. An attractive exterior lets everyone know that your house is of superior construction by an expert home building company. The interior is open and airy. The nigh ceilings run from front to rear and are architecturally pleasing. The kitchen features a functional island with space to eat in on the extended counter top. Dark stained cabinets are good looking and the black colored appliances blend beautifully. The windows are solar tinted, low E glazed. This adds R value to the overall thermal rating of the exterior walls which in turn raises the comfort level of the interior space by reducing the effect of outside conditions. Bathrooms have a shower/tub combo unit and matching cabinets for storage space. There is a large pantry room near the kitchen and separate laundry room as well. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and perfect natural lighting. Rear attached storage room is perfect for stuff. Parking is accessed by a rear concrete driveway for private homeowner use only.
