My Notes

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, very spacious condo in prime central location, close to Lake St. and Cal Tech. This is an end, front unit so you have tree top views, plus it is very quiet. Enter into the foyer which leads to the living room with fireplace, corner windows and entrance to large balcony and dining area with a wet bar. Master bedroom is huge with plenty of room for desk and sitting area plus a walk-in closet. Master bath has dressing area and large shower. Second bedroom has a wall of closets, full bath is located across the hall. Kitchen is also larger than expected with room for breakfast table, lots of counters and many cabinets. There are plantation shutters throughout and newer carpeting. Laundry is inside the unit. The entire inside is bathed in light as there is no neighbor directly to the west, just a spacious and inviting courtyard. This is just a wonderful home!  More Less
