The lake is surrounded by Big Oak Trees that cast shade on the boat dock making it very enjoyable. Lush sod, flowering beds, and even a gardening plot on in the side yard. Poured concrete sidewalks curve their way around the home. Elevated open deck and outdoor grilling area. Brick exterior / architectural shingle roof / hurricane shutters / ** 3 car garage ** new 140 wind garage doors. Generator switch / plug installed to hook up a portable generator.
