There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, a half bath for guests when entertaining and a artist studio/office/4th bedroom/rental area with another bathroom and efficiency kitchen that could be used as an inlaw suite.
Neighborhood Description
Saltwater canal community is mixed with mobile and new conventional built homes due to raising waterfront property values. Located between the Atlantic ocean and the Intracoastal waterway with A1A between them. You can be fishing in the intracoastal in five minutes or walk to the beach in fifteen.
