HUGE PRICE REDUCTION!!! Nice home with a great view of the Pacific Ocean and Humboldt bay. You can watch the lumber barges and fishing boats come in and out of the bay. Land accross street can not be developed--no houses to obstruct view. Has a large lot, 650 sq ft shop, green house, large 2 car garage with drive thru access to back yard.
Neighborhood Description
Nice neighborhood outside of city limits. Located in beautiful Humboldt County. The Eureka area is surrounded by 1000s of acres of forests and 100s of miles of forest and backcountry roads to explore. There are many activities and sites to see within a minutes drive. You can drive up the hill to Kneeland for a fantastic view of the valleys, city and ocean below and play in the snow--30 minutes. The famous Giant redwoods--Avenue of the Giants, Redwood State Parks and others are close by. Eureka is about 80 miles south of the Oregon border. Drive up to Crescent City, Brookings, Gold Beach and beyond. Ruth Lake is a favorite camping, swimming, boating destination--just an hour or so East on highway 36. There are at least 6 rivers in the area to explore for a fishing, swimming and even gold panning. The North Coast is a great place to live--like a vacation all the time. 

What I love about the home

The ocean/bay view is gorgeous. You can also see the mountains, valley and city. The large back yard is very relaxing and also has an excellent view. The sunroom is cozy on rainy days. The shop is also a great asset. It has a half bath and wood burning stove.
