Open House Today 9-15-13 Unique! This is one of a kind built by architect Richard Isenhour. Home to be sold as is but inspections are welcome. Hardwood floors are under carpet. HVAC, washer and dryer, hot water heater are all newer and the range is 3 years. All appliances stay. The twin beds and dresser in the first bedroom are built-in. The master bedroom does have a walk-in closet and the bath has a square tub. The hall bath has 2 sinks. The Stone fireplace in the great room has gas logs and the fireplace in the basement is wood burning. The exterior of the home is grey stone and redwood. The square footage for the basement was from the PVA figures. There is so much light coming in the large windows and the doors that lead outside into the spacious yard. The garage is 29x28.
