Entering this home through the patio that offers seating for two is just the beginning of the comforts this home has to offer. This is a two story floor plan with living area on lower level, three bedrooms with two full baths upstairs and a half bath for guest downstairs. The master suite has a small lanai and water view. The pocket wall separating the second and third bedroom can be opened for extra-large space. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, has granite counter tops, dual ovens, built in microwave, glass cooking top, dishwasher and pantry. Entertaining is a breeze with the gas grill on lanai and outdoor furniture with seating for up to six. Enjoy a full wet bar with wine chiller and mini fridge. A retractable shade the full length of the lanai allows the air and view in and full privacy. The air flow is good but if needed central air is available if needed. The dining area can easily accommodate up to six guests. Basic cable, internet access, water and sewer are included in the rent; electricity is separate and paid by the tenant.
