Inviting ranch has lots to offer. Large wood fenced yard, kitchen with new sink and eat in area, master bedroom with master bath tiled floor and shower, remodeled family room with beautiful mosaic tile backsplash fireplace, living room area, all windows with new faux wood blinds, remodeled guest bathroom with tile floor. New front door and storm door as well as new Pella back sliding door. Roof new in 2006, water heater new in 2011. Detached two-car garage with storage space and new garage door. Storage space in the unfinished crawl. Electrical box new in 2009. New ceiling fans in all bedrooms and kitchen. Full grown landscaped garden and professionally maintained grass. Clean out installed in 2014. The house also includes washer, dryer, stove and micro wave.
Neighborhood Description
We love the area, it is safe and quiet. We love the location. We are near I-55 and a lot of stores and restaurants. There are schools, banks and gas stations walking distance from our home.
 

What I love about the home

This home is the perfect starter home for a small family. This home sits on a corner lot and has sufficient parking all around the home. The back yard is perfect for growing children. With a fenced in backyard we had no worries for the safety of our children. The neighbors are plesant and the neighborhood itself is quiet. There are local schools walking distance. Romeoville High School and Lewis University are a short 5-10 minute distance away. With grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers less than 15 minutes away, this home is in the perfect location! I55 at Weber Road is about 5 minutes away and I55/I355 at Joliet Rd are also 5 minutes away, which makes for quick access onto the highway. Village Hall and the Post Office are also within 5 minute distance. The Bolingbrook Promenade and Louis Joliet Mall are within 15-20 minute distance. Newly built (2014) Athletic and Events Center is walking distance from this home. This is the perfect location for a growing family.
