Fabulous unit in this small and charming complex. Wonderful and secluded with a one level floor plan, located in the rear of the building on the first floor, this unit is in the heart of the very desirable South Lake District. No common walls are shared with other units. The updated kitchen with a cheerful breakfast area is filled with light and leads to a secluded patio. The kitchen also features an oversize pantry and conveniently located built-in desk. Gorgeous hardwood flooring with a herringbone pattern flows throughout. The dining room is large, with views to the larger, shared patio. The enormous living room opens to a private balcony, features a fireplace, crown moldings and a wet bar. Ample closet space, a full sized laundry and a newer walk-in tub in the master bath add to the value. French doors lead to a patio off of the master bedroom, which also has crown molding and ceramic flooring. The interior is freshly painted with designer paint colors.  More Less
