Dont judge a book by its cover! Oh the possibilities! Turn of the Century Old Cracker House sitting on almost 4 acres right smack dab in the middle of the Gateway to Central Florida. That means that you are less than 20 minutes to Disney, Sea World, Lego Land not to mention the fact that Lake Toho on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes is only 10 minutes up the road. This wonderful home has weathered the test of time and her owners have re-enforced her with the following: 5V galvalume roof 1998, New plumbing 1996, New wiring 1996, Central AC installed 1997 with new inside/outside units replaced 2012, Double insulated windows 2008. A fresh coat of paint on the outside and a few minor cosmetic upgrades here and there would make this a showpiece. Home has beadboard ceiling, heart pine floors, claw foot tub in master bath, back to back fire places, large enamel sink in kitchen where appliances are less than 6 years old, gas range with dual electric stove.
