This home is not just a home, but a Florida lifestyle that is carefree living. The Quail Hollow Golf Course ownership has just finished extensive remodeling of the golf course and the clubhouse with a pool now under construction. The clubhouse is offering casual and fine dining, a game room, and activities for entertainment. When you must spend time in your home, you will find it enjoyable and relaxing in this bright and open floor plan. This 2/2 with a den and a 2 car garage is maintenance free on the exterior so you can enjoy your carefree days. The kitchen features Corian counters, 42 inch cabinets and all appliances remain with the home including the washer and dryer. The living room and master bedroom just received new Mohawk carpeting, the foyer and kitchen have 16x16 upgraded tile, and both baths have 13x13 tile. The master bath features dual sinks and a ve ry large shower. The heat pump was installed in August 2009, the garage and lanai floors were repainted in 2010, the exterior was repainted in 2010, and gutters have been installed on the house.
