Updated in 2013 and 14 with all new flooring (950 sqft of hand-scraped hardwoods and tile on main level), removed walls for open layout between kitchen and living room. Kitchen updated with new lighting, granite and high end stainless appliances.
All ceilings are freshly scraped of popcorn and all new lighting installed with a mix of canned and dropped chandelier lighting - no fluorescent boxes anymore!
