Lots of high dollar amenities here: the roof has been replaced, newer heating and air conditioning, new windows throughout, tankless hot water heater, smooth ceilings, travertine flooring in the living room, 18-inch tile floors in other traffic areas, plus a fabulous yard! This model features a main-floor master and three additional bedrooms and a bonus room upstairs. A walk-in tub has been installed in the master bath. The oak kitchen has Corian counters. Neutral carpets and beautiful front doors. The backyard is truly wonderful with a rose garden, huge patio, and lots of grass. You will be amazed to discover that the oversized patio cover is aluminum! In addition, there are two pools and all slope maintenance for a low $140/month. No Mello-Roos!  More Less
