Neighborhood Description
The Marina area is considered the high end area of Downtown. Everything is so close and it's even within walking distance to Petco Park where the San Diego Padres play. The area is very pet friendly as well.

What I love about the home

The kitchen is great for cooking. Big bedrooms with good closet space. This is not a view unit but it's so NY feeling. The location is the best. Across from Ralph's grocery and Horton Plaza JUst a few blocks from Gaslamp Quarter (great restaurants and shopping) Walk to Bay, Few blocks to Trolley.
