Back patio off kitchen, large front patio, new roof deck with awning and sound system. Marble counters/floors, gas fireplace. Ample storage in laundry room with side by side washerand dryer. Master bedroom suite with twobig walk-in closets, fireplace with mantel and vintage marblebathroom with spa tub; small second bedroom and bath downstairs. This is a front house; back house features two bedrooms and 1-1/12 baths, with access from thealley, not interfering with the privacy of the front house. What I love about the home

Recessed lighting combines with chandeliers and crown moldings for a touch of subtle drama. Exterior is "Mayan Revival"; interiors combine antique and new. Unique and very "Venice." Great for entertaining.
