This is a prime location in the complex. Tenant on month-to-month, but would like to stay for investor owner. Unit could use updating. Just three short blocks to sandy Windn'sea Beach. Two heated pools, spas, saunas,two clubhouses, exercise room and shuffleboard. On bus line too. Easy flat walk to Bird Rock. HOA allows one pet per unit, under 15 lbs, with a $1,000 deposit to the HOA. Storage locker #145 in the basement. Unit was last updated 20 years ago. Sold "AS-IS". Highest sale in complex last year was 1st floor unit for $395,000. With a little work this will be a prime unit and is already a prime locations.
