Lot size is over 29,000 sq.ft (Zillow's information here is incorrect) there's "Recorded Survey" with Marin County to that effect.
Since constructed in 1951/52 this property has never been listed or offered for sale to the public. This home is located just over the Tiburon Bike Path and stretches all the way back to Tiburon Boulevard. There is not another home located on the Tiburon Bike Path that offers these views, size, level areas, and privacy.
Enjoy unobstructed views. (The house below can never build higher than it is because there is a height restriction within it?s deed) The real value here may be in the property?s potential.
According to architect Rodger Schow the property is 29,197 square feet with the potential to build up to a 5419.7 square foot home. The existing house is only 1678 square feet and reflects a one story one bedroom home, and a one story legal second unit/with permit.
Although there is access/steps to the bike path from the property that reach halfway down this property?s hillside over the path, typically access to the path is by taking a walk down Palmer Drive (the driveway below/south of this property) directly onto the path.
 

What I love about the home

All day sun, incredible Sunrises and Sunsets! No home on the Tiburon Bike Path has these views, level areas, privacy, and this size lot. One of a kind world class property waiting to be remodeled or built new.
