Great house is the heart of Ballard. This cute 1 and 1/2 story craftsman is located on a great residential street, just around the corner from the restaurants and pubs of NW 65th. There is a nice yard with a great patio for grilling or entertaining. Up the step to the picture perfect front porch and through the red door leads to the main floor. You step into the large living room. Though the arch to your right is a small hallway that leads to 2 large bedroom and a full bath with clawfoot tub and lots of light. Through the living room is the kitchen and dining room. In the rear is a small third bedroom/office/pantry. Upstairs is a large master suit with full bath. The ceiling is pitched, so it may not be great for people over 6 feet tall. The basement is unfinished with a washer and dryer. If would be perfect to finish if you want to add additional living space.
Please do not call only to inquire if the house is available. If this listing is active, it is available. The home is currently rented to great long term tenants through the end of October. My intent is to consider offers that will have closing or possession on or after November 1, 2013 or who will agree to continue the lease at least through the end of the term. The tenants are interested in extending if possible. Unless an offer is extremely compelling, I will not seek to have the lease terminated early. If I have not reached an agreement with anyone by late October/November, I will be listing with an agent.
