Two story Craftsman style home with original fir floors and beautiful wood work through out. Originally a duplex, it's been combined into a single family. Updated electrical and plumbing. New, top of the line Pella windows. New large kitchen. Open circular flow through floor plan.
Neighborhood Description
We adore this neighborhood! Nearly all the homes on this block are original and so well maintained by caring, friendly neighbors. Top Banana produce stand right around the corner is fabulous for shopping and getting your Christmas tree. We walk to the year round Ballard Farmer's Market quite frequently. Quiet neighborhood with lots of fun people.

What I love about the home

The large gourmet kitchen with slate floors is beautiful and the new vintage style windows keep the style of the home without the drafts. It has a great back yard for entertaining, and large walk in closets in every bedroom. The his and hers walk in closets and in suite new master bath are fantastic. The master bath includes a steam shower, jetted tub, heated bidet toilet, heated towel rack and custom tile floor, lighted makeup mirror, and vintage deco chandeliers. The upstairs laundry facilities make life much easier. Pull down stairs to the attic are great for access to lots of storage. Built in cabinets in the office/craft room are lovely. The former kitchen makes a great craft area/play room/guest room as it has a full bath with vintage claw foot tub in it. The yard has built in raised planting beds and a large deck with built in seating area.
