Open House Saturday 9:00 Am to 12 Noon. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with a walking score of 71, and a bicycling score of 87, is close to Woodstock Boulevard where a New Seasons Grocery store will open soon. Grand Central Bakery is nearby. A fenced back yard on the 6000 square foot lot is secure for children, pets, chickens, and gardening. Oak floors are in the bedrooms, hall, living room and dining area.

What I love about the home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, with a bicycling score of 87 (flat with good bicycle paths) , walking score of 71 (most errands can be done on foot) , and transit score of 46. Don't exactly LOVE nearby SE Duke Street which is one of Portland's unmaintained streets (calling 1-800-potholes won't make a difference) but it does keep traffic down on 51st Avenue. Best route is to go to SE Bybee off 52nd Avenue, turn on first right, then right again, and then left on 51st Avenue.
