My Notes

This special Victorian home sparkles with old-world charm, but has all the conveniences of modern living and updated systems. Located in a nice part of Bernal Heights, just a few minutes walk to the heart of Cortland Avenue! Walk to the neighborhoods best restaurants, coffee shops, and stores, including Good Life Grocery, as well as the fabulous parks at the top of Bernal Hill and Holly Park Circle. Bernal Heights living at its very best!
This two-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lovely original wood floors, and is fully detached on the southern side. There is also garage parking, ample storage, and a nice yard, wonderful for barbeques and summer parties!
The recently remodeled eat-in kitchen complements the homes character, and features granite counter tops, Saltillo tile floor, and stainless steel appliances. A great layout with direct access to the rear yard! In addition, the main level of the home features two good-sized bedrooms, a third smaller bedroom suitable for a child or office, and a nice-sized living room that could be opened up further for a very grand living space. The large renovated bathroom is beautifully finished with intricate tile work and a large claw-foot soaking tub!
The upper level of the house is comprised of a developed stand up attic. The space is huge and completely covered with a new hardwood floor, has recessed lighting and numerous electrical outlets. It provides the house with a tremendous amount of floor plan flexibility for the new owner. It has nice light for a home office and guest room, which makes sense with the renovated en-suite bathroom featuring beautiful tile work. The space would also be a fabulous media room, workout or artist?s studio and child?s playroom.
This is just a wonderful cute house, with great curb appeal, that just makes you feel comfortable and at home! Charm and character in a great Bernal location!
