Walk to the neighborhoods best restaurants, coffee shops, and stores, including Good Life Grocery, as well as the fabulous parks at the top of Bernal Hill and Holly Park Circle. Bernal Heights living at its very best!
This two-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lovely original wood floors, and is fully detached on the southern side. There is also garage parking, ample storage, and a nice yard, wonderful for barbeques and summer parties!

What I love about the home

Location, Location, Location. Few blocks walk to shops, Sushi, Peruvian, Nepal, Mexican American restaurants, ice cream, grocery, coffee shops (Martha & Brothers/Progressive Grounds) parks (Bernal Hill, Bernal Park, Holly Park). Redesign and made it modern with a historic past. Very comfortable. Two blocks to Alemany Farmer's Market.
