Out with the old and in with the new. Recently purchased duplex and are not wasting anytime in renovating this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit in a family oriented Goffstown neighborhood. Attention to detail and stress-free living is the priority in making this a comfortable place to call home. Renovation includes new laminate flooring in living area and bedrooms, new carpeting on the stairs and hall, new windows and fresh paint throughout. New washer and dryer will be installed and located in your clean dry basement.
First floor includes an over-sized (15x16) living room, kitchen and half bath. The kitchen offers lots of cabinets for storage, dishwasher and range. The dining area in the kitchen includes a large slider that lends access to the back deck.
