Location, Location, just off Cody road or Shcillingers and close to Airport! This home is located in a wonderful gated community with a community lake, pier, RV/boat storage and sidewalks! Enjoy the wonderful open floor plan with a nice foyer and a split bedroom plan. Both bedrooms has a private bathroom with ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen and living area are open with cathedral ceiling, separated with a spacious island. Kitchen has plenty of cabinets; counter space and an opening above to display your favorite nick nacks, plus a pantry, and ceramic tile flooring. Relax in the living area, overlooking the backyard, and step out on the covered concrete patio. This is a super nice unit, well cared for and ready to move-in.

What I love about the home

SPLA is a close-knit, warm, caring group of neighbors. The gated patio home community is well-maintained, private and secure. Great for walking or recreational bicycling. The lake area provides a playground, picnic area and pier. The West Mobile location is close to Mobile Regional Airport, Providence Hospital, medical offices, shopping, restaurants and places of worship. This home is VERY spacious with open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Would make a lovely home for someone downsizing, retired couple or nice starter home. Cats/dogs allowed in units and fenced back yards.
