What I love about the home

Dear 6614 Ronda, It seems like only yesterday that you caught our eye. Who knew three years could go by so fast? When we first met, it was love at first sight. Sure, we have both made each other better since then, but who could resist a house on a double lot at the end of the cul-de-sac? Not to mention one with a back yard that could be mistaken as a secluded meadow, especially all of those times when we would sit on the back porch in the swing and watch a deer or two wonder about carelessly nibbling on the fresh mowed grass. We?ll miss having a place with a perfect garden spot. Every year, we enjoyed planting seeds in the spring and watching them grow into strong healthy plants that produced enough vegetables to feed half the neighborhood......In the winter time, we?ll miss sipping hot chocolate by the fireplace with the mantle decorated in garland and Christmas stockings. We?ll miss having both of our families gather in the oversized dining room after a holiday meal for a game of Pictionary......We?ll miss your close proximity to all that Charlotte has to offer, whether it be Uptown or Southpark, or the amazing cheeseburgers at Mr. K?s on South Blvd. Most of all, we?ll miss having a house that we are so proud to call ?home.? We know when we are here, we are surrounded by good people in a great neighborhood where you feel safe and where you are more likely to see a little boy pushing a Tonka truck down the side of the road, than you are to see a car you don?t recognize. It is so hard to say goodbye. We really wish we didn?t have to go but a new job and a new life in a different town beckons. If we could take you with us we most certainly would, but you must stay here so you can be the perfect house for the next family who is lucky enough to call you home.
