Our beautiful community has so much to offer and our location is the best around! We are located just south of beautiful Forest Park in a pleasant, tree-lined neighborhood. All apartment homes have recently been converted to low-energy units and provide you with 24-hour emergency maintenance, on-site management, two coin operated laundry facilities, free off street parking, elevators and more! We just installed brand new windows in every apartment a few years ago. They are double-paned and have a reflective coating on the outside. We also have heated and cooled hallways. The insulation is great on these apartments and you will notice this in your utility bills! Our newly remodeled apartments range from 760-960 square feet and come equipped with a dishwasher, disposal, central air, programmable thermostat, new interior doors, ceiling fan(s) and wood floors. These spacious floor plans have ample closet space throughout the apartment, plus we offer additional storage units for only $5/month.  More Less
