Claremont School District! 663 Parkwood Lane, 3 bedrooms, two bathroom Townhouse in the North Towne Park Home Community. I have owned my home since 1989. This community is located in a very nice section of North Pomona and is surrounded on three sides by the prestigious community of Claremont. The complex is located off Towne Avenue, north or Foothill Boulevard.
This is a regular sale, not a short sale or a foreclosure. My home is turn key and ready to move into if you are looking for a quick escrow. I am looking for serious qualified buyers who are looking to purchase in the area and would like to save over enlisting a real estate agent at this point. I will be placing the property on the MLS in the near future and offering agents a standard 3% commission for bringing in a buyer. Very recently a similar town house in my complex went on the market; it was the first listing in some time in our complex. Instantly they had multiple offers and went into escrow shortly after hitting the MLS. (Real Estate Multiple Listing Service). You can find the property listed on Realtor.com. The property sold for $265,000.00 or $196.00 per square foot and is similar to my unit except that my unit has an additional 73 square feet in the master bedroom and does not have the upstairs patio which is a big plus because the residents our responsible for the costly repairs on the upper decks.

What I love about the home

3 Bedroom Townhouse in a well maintained community association has many amenities such as a Pool and Spa. My unit which is located in the middle of the complex is away from the nosey main street circle and is located on a cul-de-sac with the backyard patio facing an attractive and quite grass greenbelt with nice trees. Located in the furthest Northeastern section of Pomona and completely surrounded by Claremont, my home is off Towne Ave above Foothill Boulevard and has easy access to the 210 Freeway for easy commuting to all locations. This quite community is very close to the Claremont Village, Old Town La Verne and San Dimas. I have owned this home for over 20 years and there will be no scams with issues such as a short sale or foreclosure. The home is located in the prestigious Claremont School District which is top rated for the State of California.
