Just fell out of escrow 5 days before closing. Appraisal and inspections done. Absolutely stunning home! Immaculate and move in ready. Huge backyard with lots of grass and landscaping, centered pebble tec pool and large covered patio. Kitchen spacious with island, maple cabinets, granite counters with black appliances including a built in microwave.
