4/2 Pool Home. Home was totally remodeled in 2005 so everything in or on the home is 10 years old or less. Corian and granite counter tops, hardwood and tile floors, wood burning fireplace, heated pool and all closets have closet organizers, two screen porches, (front and back,) plantation shutters and wood blinds. French doors that all lead to the heated pool, even from the Master Bedroom. Home has a wireless, monitored, alarm system you can control arming or disarming any where in the world. You can assign pin code access to people who need access temporarily while you are away and receive text messages when it is armed or disarmed and by who.
Nestled in shade trees the property is 3.65 acres with a pond that attracts many species of water birds. The landscape is hummingbird and butterfly friendly and are visited regularly. There is also an abundance of birds from cardinals to hawks and the occasional eagle. Property is fenced and your gate is remote controlled.
Quiet country living at its finest and yet you are only 10 minutes from I4/I75 and 20 minutes from downtown Tampa or USF.
