My Notes

Zestimate is wrong. Current comps. $120.28/sq.ft. same amenities, same neighborhood. Come see for yourself! Much loved family home, great for entertaining! Superior construction, original foundation has 50 piers 17 feet deep, never worry about your foundation. Family room flows easily into formals and outside, all living areas are on south side and bedrooms on north side of home. A/C zoned for each side of house, replaced all units 2007. Many custom features, built-in cabinets, granite counters, and walk-in closets. Pool redone 2011, light fixtures, and door hardware 2010. House has been continully updated. 4 stall barn, large hay loft, workshop, covered parking for RV, boat, and more toys!
Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood is nestled in a valley, great place to raise kid's and have pets. The lots range from a little over an acre up to 20 acres, therefore you feel like you are in the country, 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. There are several horse owners in the community, and we look out for each others horses. You can have a home based business here, with some restrictions. There is little turnover in the homes, people tend to buy and stay as long as the home fits their needs. Our youngest daughter joined the Marines last year, only home she has ever known. Now we are empty nesters. We built this home to raise our family; job done, and now it's time to build a retirement home.

What I love about the home

My kid's loved to have parties here, lots of space and things to do! Great cul-de-sac, quiet, safe place for kid's to roam. Many wonderful memories, but the kid's are grown and it is time to let another family enjoy this home!
