You're going to fall in love with this recently refreshed home on a quiet street across MacDugal Park in Old Seminole Heights. If you are not yet familiar with Old Seminole Heights east of Nebraska, you will be soon. This historic, conveniently-located neighborhood attracting attention with its eclectic mix of affordable homes ranging from Craftsman bungalows, to Spanish colonial revival, to Cape Cod to Ranch styles, all set along tree-lined streets south of the bend in the Hillsborough River.This house is across from MacDugal park with a playground and ball field. The home has been remodeled and is being updated and refreshed. A full repaint of interior and exterior, landscaping, and repairs to the large garage and workspace are underway, among other updates and repairs. The backyard is fenced with a gate providing vehicle access to the detached garage and huge backyard. The home is on the city sewer system, but has its own well and pump, providing water without a water bill (an estimated savings of $25-35 per month).A valid ID will be required for showings. Application fees are $35 per adult and will include thorough credit and background checks. A prior foreclosure or short sale may not result in rejection of an application as long as income is at least 3 times rent, but felony convictions, evictions and multiple defaults may result in denial.Pets (up to 2) may be approved with a a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the first pet, and $100 for the second. What I love about the home

close to downtown, but with a deep-doublelot, you don't have the feel of being in the city. lots of shade. ball park across the way, lots of privacy.
