Great amenities at this 4 season Beachfront gated complex, with onsite management, include for Summer: direct beach access, for Winter: heated indoor pool, spa, sauna and steam room, exercise room, club room, party room with large ocean view deck, renovated lobby, 24 hr doorman/security, new beach deck has storage cabanas for every unit. Building has new facade and parking lot. Newly renovated hallways: carpets, walls, lighting, washers and dryers on each floor. Unit has oceanview 14X7 balcony, many closets, kitchen opens to dining room, L shaped LR/Dr, built-in bar off living room, 2 bedrooms /1.5 baths. Walk to all shopping, bus to NY Port Authority on corner, 1 mile to NJ Transit train to Penn Station, 1 mile to Pier Village retail complex. 

What I love about the home

Car unnecessary, building is on the beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Bus to NYC stops on the corner and train to Penn Station is a $3 cab ride.
