Located on a prime Dogpatch block, this top floor rear unit features 18 foot ceilings, a floating mezzanine and a private roof deck with panoramic views. A small 4 unit HOA, the building sits at the intersection of some of San Francisco`s newest and most exciting neighborhoods, Potrero Hill, Mission Bay and the Dogpatch/Central Waterfront. Minimalist design allows for a flexible floor plan and optional uses of space. The large first floor area combines an area for a home office with a formal dining area as well as a media center with built in bookcases and shelving.
