This wonderful estate lot was occupied as a single ranch since the 1940's until recently. It currently has full sized a horse arena and 28 block horse stables. The home has been removed. It is separated from Carbon Canyon Road by a natural stream that flows year 'round and is gracefully shaded with several varieties of mature trees.The new steel and concrete 30 ton bridge provides access.The property is zoned Hillside Residential (10,000 sq ft minimum lot size) and the General Plan calls for Very Low Density (no more than 2 homes per acre). Many options are open to a new buyer within these perameters. This remote get away is only 7 miles from Brea Mall and 57 Freeway passing new shopping centers,including Wal-mart,on the way. Directions 1 mile north of Olinda Village on Carbon Canyon Road- OR- 1/2 mile south of Orange County/San Bernadino County line on Carbon Canyon Road-OR- 3.6 miles North of Valencia on Carbon Canyon Road.  More Less
