This is a screaming buy, imo. Compared with a lot of other houses in the area which are still asking $2.5-$3M, this is a great house at a great price. Write an answer

Again, what was the basis of your valuation? Generalitiies to vague standards are not enough. Submitted May 29 2007

Square footage issues, quality issues, street issues, etc. are all important. You had us at 3 bedrooms while we actiually have six. There was no mention of the elevator, Magnolia sound system, 4 ... 3 answers
