This is a two-family (units upstairs and downstairs) home with off street parking for four vehicles. This home has undergone some major renovations in the last five years. The exterior renovations include complete removal of old roof and cedar shake. Installation of new OSB and 30 year shingles, new vinyl siding, vinyl windows, weather proof doors, glass block basement windows and two pressure-treated decks. The major interior renovations include the second floor apartment. The second floor was gutted and completely redone and now consists of two bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen with center-island, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator). The second floor offers a large living room and slightly smaller dining room/ office space with laminate floors throughout. The bathroom has a whirlpool bath, tile floors and new vanity. From this floor you can access the large walk up attic that has great potential to be another living space or master suite. I estimate this unit could rent for well over $1100 per month.
The two bedroom downstairs unit offers 9 foot ceilings throughout. It is currently under construction and is in the process of being completely redone. At this point the unit has been completely gutted, rewired, insulated and finished with fire code drywall and custom cabinetry. I expect once completed it would allow the owners to rent this space out for approximately $850+ per month.
The home offers separate gas and electrical services that have been completely been redone. Renovations include the ducts, gas lines, hot water heaters (2 each) and a furnace that was replaced in 2009. It has hard wired smoke/co2 alarms and self closing fire rated doors. New plumbing throughout both units.
