This piece of property is on a fabulous open bay lot on the corner, which most of the time misses direct storm coming in from the South. Built before the year 2000, this home has a very open, contemporary floor plan down stairs, with a center stair case. The formal living, dining and family rooms are open to each other. The kitchen is also open to the family room, but cannot be seen from the entry. However, water can be seen from most all rooms. This house has a contemporary feel inside -- great pool and green space area for play and wonderful open patio for lounging outside for open bay and sunset views. Davis Island is its own oasis.
