All appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring are new. Designer crown molding, window coverings and lighting. Corian counters and stainless steel appliances. Move-in ready!
Neighborhood Description
This is a great location, convenient to all Mission Valley shopping, downtown, Balboa Park and the beaches. It offers easy access to all major freeways, allowing you to be in any part of town in minutes. I love the neighborhood!
What I love about the home
The condo is quiet and comfortable and the neighbors are great! There are 3 Trolley stations within 1/2 mile. Walk to Fashion Valley Mall for restaurants, shopping and movies! Walking along the San Diego River is relaxing and beautiful!
