Neighborhood Description
The condo is in a great area. It offers various stores and parks within walking distance. There is a new grade school and High School right off Hollywood. There is beautiful views of Sunrise Mountain & the Las Vegas Strip. It is close to Lake Mead, making a day at the lake only minutes away. The I-15 freeway is only 7 miles west down Lake Mead and you can access US-95 on Charleston only a few miles away. It is a great place to live and we loved the neighbors that we grew to know while we were there, many will remain life-long friends. It features a gated entry way that has a guard on post in the evening hours. There are 2 pools that you can enjoy in the summer and a work-out room available to stay in shape. The club house features great design and is an easy solution for hosting large parties.

What I love about the home

The unit features a great open floorplan, perfect for entertaining. A spacious Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom. There are plenty of storage solutions, including a closet off of the patio area. Being on the corner lot really makes it feel less like a condo, yet you never have to worry about the yard work :) It was my dream 1st home, but would also be an ideal vacation or retirement home :) For sale by owner.
