My Notes

Edit
This great 2-bdrm is part of the Bowling Green Condominium complex, whose smart management has resulted in no HOA fee raises or special assessments for over 10 years and counting. The units are solidly built and low-maintenance, with brick exteriors, concrete subfloors and triple-layer brick between units resulting in exceptionally quiet living for a multifamily residential setting. Yet they are quite attractive and well-laid out, surrounding a beautiful mature landscaped central courtyard larger than a football field. The HOA fees cover: natural gas, water, hot water, snow removal, all common elements maintenance and insurance, and garbage service. The only separate billing for heating is for electrical use by the unit's furnace. The unit has never been rented and has been well-maintained by the two sets of owner-occupants (the first owner-occupant was also the complex property manager for a number of years). The condominium and the property are in excellent shape. The Seller has this to say: "What I love about the home It is well-designed and attractive and has a long landing at the front door that is designated space for the unit, allowing its use as a spacious and sunny "porch." The carport parking is directly visible from the unit, and the courtyard is breathtakingly beautiful in all seasons. The intersection streets (Tennessee Avenue and Oneida Street) receive priority plowing from the city, and a two-block walk takes you to King Soopers and a one-block walk takes you to Safeway. It is a great place to ride out our famous snowstorms! It has a mountain view and beautiful sky views to the north and south."
