The kitchen has white cabinets with nickel hardware and all newer black appliances are included. There is track and pendant lighting plus a window over the sink for natural lighting. There are tiled floors throughout the home (except the master bath which has new laminate). In the master bedroom you will find a walk-in closet and the master bath features new laminate flooring, a pedestal sink and shower. The adjacent study/4th bedroom would also be perfect as a nursery. Newer raised panel vanity and new toilet in the hall bath. Large garage with pull-down attic stairs and side utility door. This home also has a newer roof.
