What I love about the home

This is a large roomy home that was custom built back in the 1920's. Enjoy formal dining room or use as a spare bedroom. Kitchen has a totally separate dining room. The first floor is identical to the top floor with the exception of the xtra bedroom on the top floor. The basement is finished and the whole basement is exactly the length of the other floors. The basement has xtra storage rooms with the amount of rooms you wont believe. It just seems to go on and on. All utilities have their own room. This property has so much potential and with a little TLC it will sparkle.
