My Notes

Our house is located off a cul-de-sac in Hummel Grove (Former Dominion Homes). This is a very convenient location close to I-70/I-270 and close to Pickerington and Reynoldsburg. Trash/Recycling is serviced by Columbus. Schools are Groveport-Madison and the property taxes here are low ($1,990.54 for the year of 2013).
A brand new roof was installed this month. There is a Great room with a gas log fireplace, a kitchen with a vent-out range hood and extra cabinets. There is a spacious laundry room and 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms have new faucets. The basement is partially finished providing an extra 300 sq. feet of living space to the existing 1388 sq. ft. The nice sized backyard is fenced and has plenty of trees for privacy/shade. The deck overlooks a square foot garden with well established asparagus, strawberries, grapes, and other annual vegetables. The house is pet and smoke free. It's ready to move in!
Also worth mentioning is that the house is walking distance to Portman Park, where you can pick up the Blacklick-Greenway Bike Trail, which interconnects to other Columbus bike trails and various metro parks. The YMCA is also walking distance and we are 5 minutes to I-70 and shopping areas at 256/Hill Rd in Pickerington.
Shed, Play Swing, Dishwasher, Electric Range, Refrigerator, Washing Machine and Dryer will go with the house. Furniture in the photos are for decoration, they will not go with the house.

What I love about the home
