What I love about the home

This townhouse is in the best location in the complex along Grandview Drive. This unit does not face any other townhomes so you aren't staring into other neighbors windows and there are no neighbors staring back at you. There are great views from the balcony as you can see the East Foothills. There is a tot lot and barbecue area adjacent to the unit. Perfect for kids or gatherings.
