No stairs needed! Wonderful Leominster neighborhood of similar homes. Hardwood floors throughout, new gas furnace and hot water tank, recent roof and spacious rooms. Pellet stove and newer appliances, great commuter location close to train and highway access yet quiet and private. Whole house blown in insulation and natural gas are economical, whole house fan helps for cooling, and large windows and ceiling fans keep it comfortable year round.
