My Notes

This home has everything a family needs. It has updated appliances, spacious living room, dining room, eat in kitchen and lots of storage in basement.
Your kids will love the large community pool which is only available to residents of the small association. The clubhouse is available for private events such as parties or meetings. Just make a reservation. The clubhouse is a great place to go to get away and read on the comfortable couches or even use the kitchen. There is an exercise room and a separate equipment room. The equipment room has every machine a club would have. There is also a sauna and tennis courts.
There is room for 3 cars in the driveway. Pets are allowed subject to association rules. Several breeds of dogs are not allowed including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, German Shephards, Akita, Rotweiller, Doberman, Chow, and several others. There is a limit of 2 pets per household.
This is a great house with many extras and with a price tag UNDER Zillow's suggested rental price. With all of the extras, it is a pretty good deal!
We ask that you have decent credit and no open bankruptcies, foreclosures, or evictions in the recent past. Our ideal candidate will have a decent rental history with references and have some experience living in a house. Ideally, your FICO score will be over 675 but we realize that you are more than a number and sometimes life events interfere. We do run a credit and background check on anyone who definitely wants to sign a lease.
All of my tenants have stayed multiple years and every tenancy has been one where I have allowed tenants to stay as long as they need.
House comes with full use of club house, pool, exercise equipment, etc.

What I love about the home

Everything! So much packed into an eight room cape! Lots of storage plus additional room for parties or meetings at club house, which can be reserved for private functions. Gym equipment is state of the art, pool is well maintained and sauna and tennis courts are always available. Security/smart home system is great for parents who want to access home's two remote cameras from phone/computer or save on energy costs. I also love the High Efficiency washer and dryers, which are also optional. This neighborhood was made to be child friendly. Association rules limit type of dog and number of pets. Lawns are mowed and properties are well maintained. Nice, friendly neighborhood with association and management company that is there for you 24/7.
