My Notes

This studio features hardwood floors, original details, and lots of storage. The location can't be beat, on South Oxford between Lafayette and Dekalb. The Park offers a Farmers' Market every Saturday, concerts and dance parties in the summer, and is the heart of this amazing neighborhood. All of Fort Greene's famous bars and restaurants are steps away, and there are tons of transit options nearby. Will go fast!

What I love about the home

A historic Montrose Morris designed building. Built in 1890, the Roanoke has six floors and twenty two condos. The Roanoke is a pre-war lowrise located in Fort Greene between De Kalb Avenue and Lafayette Avenue. This condo is located on the first floor facing a quiet tree lined block in prime Fort Greene. Afternoon light pours into the large south facing bay window in the living room with eleven foot ceilings and two windows in the lower level. Building amenities include a free and private storage bin and bike storage. This pet-friendly condo also has a central laundry room (W/D are allowed in the units as well). Located one block from Fort Greene Park, the Farmer's Market, great dining and transportation. Just a block from Stonehome Wine Bar, minutes from BAM and BAM cafe. Just one block from the C and G trains to Manhattan. A short distance to all the trains at Atlantic Terminal. This Fort Greene location is surrounded by all of the fantastic shops and eateries on Fulton, Lafayette and Dekalb. Brokers welcome and protected.
